Mukkafest is a Musical/Good times Co-operative.
Meaning of a cooperative: A cooperative (also co-operative; often referred to as a co-op) is a business organization owned and operated by a group of individuals for their mutual benefit.
Everyone attending Mukka is paying for entrance the organisers the bands the caterers EVERONE this allows us to put a party on in the middle of nowhere. Free from extortionate costs, advertisings, crap bands and the ‘usual’ festival clientele ruining a good old camp out….u need to see to believe.
No Hype / No money makers just music a field and your Mukkas……

Thank you Thank you Thank you Very Much to everyone the weather was super hot and the Bands off the hook.
The Dj's keeped us dancing the Beer and beautiful surroundings merry..what more could we ask for. Hope everone that left yesterday looking like death warmed up recovered ok (but it was self inflicted so u deserve it lol)......

Deja Music is a nite held in Wolverhampton which showcases the best dubstep/hiphop/lounge/regea and more from what ive seen....go check it out here anyway the resident band are bad as fuck and are coming to play either last bill sat night or as the sun comes up sunday morning...either way you will get to see and here them at Mukkafest...here the discription ive ripped of there site...

So ar Stoo has got the bar sorted ..... Largers / Ciders / Wines / Spirits its all gonna be there and its a non-profit bar...woo hoo.
As too 'other substances' its gonna be a relaxed afair but we need to remember we are using ground that is also occupied by children and anaimals anything dropped could potential kill!!!! so please be sensible and enjoy what your going to enjoy privatley and responibily.

The DEAD LIGHTS
Went to a party in Lichfield last night courtesy of Trev & Holly and came back with more to shout about than the town crier on a busy Saturday morning...
First of all had a preview of tracks Trev is looking to select for his piece so im glad to say we can look forward to a load of bass shaking,chest rumbling,ragga,jungle,mash-up greatness that has a real lack of affection for the state of peoples heads.
I think ive also managed to twist Hollys arm into bringing a selection of her fine handmade bags down to show off and sell....i think...so that will be nice, keep your eyes out for some seriously limited edition boutique handbagage..

A well thought out 4 piece from round our way.... im really exited as there the real deal and get us a good portion of the way towards getting music played of every genre...Indie/Post punk / Gothic there myspace genre tags says...but you have a listen for yourself!!!

Also in the pipeline we've got some flame jugglers / Face painters and a junk band corner which will be left for everyone to create impromptu music as the day passes by...another unconfirmed but great possibility is that of a certain stop animator who may be able to bring us a film to preview on one of the big screens we hope to have so stay tuned ...bring your mukkas and the party tricks. One of the conditions of being able to have our party is we respect the people around and in the park therefore we need to follow a couple of simple rules...

Moneys please....
Were all just clubbing together to make this happen so all tickets need to be paid for as soon as is possible. Everthing is booked provisionally and we can start making it definate the more money we get.
Tickets for camping and a day of fun are 14 quid (all moneys will be refunded if there is any change in plans).
The only way to get a ticket is to be directly invited or know an 'inviter'.
